Churros originated in Spain many years ago, said to have been developed by shepherds.  Known as a breakfast, snack or dessert, its popularity grew.  Churros quickly spread to South America in places such as Mexico and Argentina. Today, Churros are enjoyed in the UK by consumers of all nationalities.

Churros and Chocolate UK are sticks of tender dough, made from 100% wheat flour, then prepared in NO CHOLESTEROL 100% vegetable oil.

The idea of selling Churros and Chocolate began when my mother Manola Abeijon came up with the idea. I can remember vividly, it was late autumn in 1984 we were wondering around the market far from home cold and in need of a hot beverage and a snack. Mum recently retired, thought of Churros and Chocolate a well known dessert in Spain and easy to find,  I said what a shame we are not in Spain, that was when she thought of the idea. I did not entertain the thought and dismissed it, 24 years later I made her dream come true.
